Equi-Aerobics

We have now changed the time of our Equi-Aerobics class to every Thursday at 7.30pm with Rebecca White.
The class will be 45 minutes of Equi-Aerobics followed by Vibraxis (optional).

The class costs £20.00 including the use of the Vibraxis machine.

This class is great fun and also:

  • Great for getting into shape
  • Helps to improve your balance
  • Great way to socialise and to have fun with your friends
  • Best way to enjoy exercising
  • The most effective way to tone your body


Aerobics Classes

We are now offering Aerobics Classes with a qualified aerobics trainer.
A session lasts 45 minutes and costs just £5 a class or 2 classes for £9.
Try our Monthly Unlimited Use at the price of only £40 a month.

Mondays at 4pm
Tuesdays at 6.30pm
Fridays at 4pm
Saturdays at 10am for Teenagers Aerobics, 3pm and 4pm.

Classes which are available are:

  • Body Blaster
  • Bums & Tums
  • Step Aerobics
  • Yoga
  • Circuits
  • Legs & Thighs

We are also offering the opportunity to have your own Personal Training from £25 an hour.


Vibraxis Machine

Would you be interested in using a Vibraxis Machine?
Vibraxis will:

  • Help reduce body fat
  • Improve muscle strength
  • Reduce Osteoporosis
  • Reduce Cellulite
  • Speed recovery from injury

Vibraxis can be used for a quick workout. The effects of ten minutes training is equal to a full hour's resistance session.
Vibraxis can be incorporated into a conventional exercise programme and can also be used after training to stretch out the muscles.
£5 a session or £50 per month unlimited use (max. 5 sessions per week).
